    In order to provide an effective service to our members, it is necessary for Weightlifting Wales to collect some personal information in this form. Information collected will be used for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by Weightlifting Wales and data will be stored and protected in compliance with our legal obligations to meet GDPR standards. Some of the below questions are asked in order for WW to collect equality data within our membership base. Collectively, the data will be anonymised before being used to carry out an equality audit which will be shared with Sport Wales, identifiable information, such as names, will not be included in the data.
